One year ago I had opportunity to go to America for exchange Student. I can’t believe that I able to be exchange student because my English was not that good. But anyway I have a good time in America and get lot of experience back. I did the new things that I didn’t do it in Thailand before. I have seen the school system of America and know more about American people.

The day that I go to America is 8th August 2006. I remember that I was very exciting when I wait for my friends at airport. I’m sitting near my mom and brother. And about 4.00am my friends and I got in to the plane. The plane took off about 3o minutes later and I was thinking about America all the time when I was in the plane. First time when I go there, my friends and I had to go to camp. This camp had exchange student all over the world that came from my organization. This camp was very good. There have many activities to teach us about America. I know how to live in America and make a lot of friends from this camp. After camp I had to go to my state. I planed from New York, where the camp was to Chicago and from Chicago Wisconsin.

I lived in the small town in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. My town name Howard Grove. There have only 2000 people in Howard Groves. I stay there with my Host Family. My host dad names Wade. My host mom name is Bobbie. I also had 2 brothers’ names Eddy and Taylor. I think I’m very lucky that I had a good host family. They always help me everything and they’re very kind. I feel like we are real family.

My school life there was good. My school has only 340 people. So I almost know all the people in the school. My Thai name is very long. So my friends and Teacher in America called me “ Jo Thailand”. School system in America is not the same at school system in Thailand. The different are my school in America. I had to switch the class all the time. My school had only 4 classes per day and they had 2 terms same as school in Thailand. First term I choose Health, English, Chemistry and Geometry. I also join in school band and school American Football team. I played cymbal and snare drum in the band. It was very fun in band. Teacher was very kind and attentive to students. After school I had to practiced American Football. First time it’s very hard to play and I had very hard practiced. I always got hit from somebody. I played in the position call “Taker”. My job was to sack or hit the Quarterback of another team before Quarterback sends the ball to Wire Receiver. And I also join School Tennis team too.

In America I did lots of thing that never do in Thailand. I had to live in snow for 3 months. I did played snowboard and broken my wrist after that. I know more about cultures in America like Christmas Day, Halloween Day and Thanksgiving Day. I have lot of experience during 10 months in America and these 10 months I will not forget it forever.

One To Go Airline Clashed at Phuket International Airport

On September 16, 2007, about 3.30 pm. The One To Go Airline plane clashed at the Phuket International airport. After verify they think this accident occurred from bad communication and the road was too wet. The captain cannot control the plane and the plane slide to the mountain and clashed on side of the road. The captain was dead and 2 crews were dead. The result is 90 people are dead and 40 people injured. More than 50% of victims are foreign people. But there still have 3 more dead bodies in the plane remain. Now all of injury people are staying in each hospital in Phuket. They took like almost 2 days to found dead bodies in the plane. Now they know who are all the dead bodies and hospitals are trying to help some serious patients from dangerous rate. They think this accident damages about 4,000,000 Baht. And this accident is the worse plane accident that has happened in Phuket.

I think this news is very bad news. Not for only Thai people but every body from all over the world feel bad about it. I don’t want this thing to happen because it makes lot of damages. It makes damage for people who lost some person in accident. It makes damages for One To Go Airline company and makes Thailand lost reputation. Anyway I appreciate to authorities that work very quick to find all of the dead body in short times. And I mourn to all of dead people.

Thailand is the country in South East of Asia, surround with Andaman Sea. If you see in the map, you can see Thailand between Malaysia and Laos. Thailand can separate in to 5 parts, North, East, North East ( Isaan), South and central. Capital city of Thailand is Bangkok. There hasve76 provinces in Thailand. Thailand government is Military Junta. Area of Thailand is about 514,000 km2. There have about 64,000,000 populations in this country. Thai money currency is baht. Thailand is known by the land of smile. Thailand is famous about foods, tropical climate, fascinating culture, and great beaches. Thailand is magnet for traveler all over the world. Buddhist is the main religion in Thailand but lot of provinces in south of Thailand are Islam.

Phuket is the province that in the south of Thailand. Phuket is a biggest Island in Thailand. Phuket is known about the Island that has great beaches and many entertainments. Phuket can separate in to 3 districts Mueng, Thalang and Katoo districts.

I’m grade 11 at Chalearmprakiet Phuket School. My school life is so-so. I have a good time with my friends here. My class has only 12 people and we are very close. It fun to study at this school but this time I have lot of work and study is difficult. Because I’m grade 11 so every subject is harder than the pass. I have to working hard and study that I didn’t do it before. My favorite subject is English and health because it fun to study and not hard to understand. I don’t like Math because it very hard and you have to pay attention all the time when you study this subject. This school is kind of good. We have lot of school activity here and teachers are very attention for student.

Pirates of Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest

Pirates of Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest is the adventure film in Pirates of Caribbean series. This film came out in 2006. The story picked up where from the first film left of. Jack Sparrow has a debt with Davy Jones and he have to pay it. While Will Turner and Elizabeth Sawn are arrested by Government for helping Jack Sparrow escapes execution. In this part of the pirates of the Caribbean, Jack Sparrow has to find the box that contains Davy Jones’s Heart because that is only one way to kill Davy Jones and get free from the debt. While Will Turner was caught by Davy Jones and he found his dad in Davy Jones’s ship by accident. During that time Elizabeth Sawn escaped from the government jail and tried to find Will Turner, her boyfriend.

I like this movie because this movie has everything. This movie has action, comedy and love. I think some movie is very boring in the beginning of the movie but this movie is not boring. This movie is fun and interest from beginning to the end of the movie. I also like plot of the story and quality of characters in this movie. I really like Jack Sparrow and I love Elizabeth Swan.

This restaurant name is Rotee Annob Restaurant. This restaurant is street restaurant it pretty much serves India foods name Rotee. Rotee is a food that make from flour mix with egg, a few sugar and a little bit of sweetened condensed milk we call Rotee flour. First time cooker will take the flour that mixed already and massages the flour on the table during the cooker massaging the Rotee flour cooker will put Margarine in the flour. Then massage it until it soft then spread it out to be thin in square shape. Next cooker will take it to pan and fries it with oil. Then Rotee is done. This restaurant has many menus about Rotee. The example menus are Rotee with chicken curry, Rotee with beef curry, Rotee with chocolate and sweetened condensed milk on the top, etc. First time that I go in to this restaurant I feel very comfortable because this restaurant own by old social study teacher and my old social study and me are very close. And then I go to sit. This restaurant is a street restaurant so there is not really magnificent but the restaurant has easy normal style. When I go there I order Matabar Rotee, Matabar Rotee is the Rotee that has dry chicken curry in side. I think it tastes very good, the owner told me to eat with pickle and onions that make Rotee tastes better. When I finish eating the first plate next thing that I order is Rotee with chocolate. They serve me only Fries Rotee and give me to put the toping by myself. So I can should what do I want. On the table there have toping for you to choose. Toping has many choices like Chocolate, Cream, Sugar, sweetened condensed, Blue Berry, and Caramel. I order milk tea. Rotee Annob has many choices for drink too such as milk tea, ice tea, hot tea, soda, etc. This meal cost me about 45 Bath. Matabar is 25 Baht. Rotee with chocolate is 10 Baht. Milk tea is 10 Baht. I think this price for Rotee is not expensive. I like this is good restaurant. Rotee Annob restaurant is on Sukdidate Street about 500 ml from ST Hotel.
